What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum label order quantity depends on the selected label shape, it starts from 100 pcs. You can find available label shapes and their minimum order quantity on the label parameters page.

What materials the labels can be printed on?
Materials description
1. Semi-glossy paper (acrylic glue)
The most popular and most commonly used material for label production. However, the material tears, is not resistant to moisture and grease. If resistance to moisture and grease is required, we recommend choosing a semi-glossy film.
2. White glossy film (acrylic glue)
The material is most widely used in the food industry, where moisture and grease resistance of labels is required. The material does not tear.
3. Matte paper (acrylic glue)
Used to produce information labels: with translation texts, barcodes, etc. The material can be written on with a pen. However, the material tears and is not resistant to moisture and grease.
4. Wine paper (acrylic glue)
White, matte, 90 g/m² paper with a soft felt pattern made from FSC® raw material. The material is used for labelling beer, wine and other beverages.

Is it possible to repeat the order?
The order can be repeated without changing the design and format. It is possible to change the quantities, the material on which the label is printed, the choice of varnish.
Note: a new order can only be created on a computer, but not on a mobile phone, it can only be used to repeat an already prepared order.

How will the order be packed?
The order is packed in corrugated cardboard boxes, the stickers are wrapped in rolls. The inner diameter of the roll is 40 mm, the maximum outer diameter is 100 mm. The rolls may be smaller, depending on the quantity ordered.

What is the production period of the goods?
The standard production time is 5 working days, but the Buyer receives an individual order production time, depending on our workload. The registered Buyer can check the status of the order in his/her account under the order information.

How will the courier deliver if I am not at home at the time?
The courier will attempt to deliver the goods for 3 days. If it is not possible to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the stipulated time, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by the Buyer for the goods will not be returned.

Is there a difference in shipping cost?
The price of delivery to Latvia and Estonia is different.
Shipping prices depend on the weight of the shipment and the selected shipping service. If you choose the parcel terminal service, the standard price to all Lithuanian cities is €2.69. If you choose the courier service, the price, depending on the weight of the parcel, starts from €3.49. You will see the exact cost of your parcel delivery in the general order table before paying for the services. If delivery to Latvia, Estonia is selected – only home delivery via courier is possible. Delivery to Latvia – from €4.99, to Estonia – from €6.99.

Where can I find my orders in-progress / being delivered?
If you are a registered user, you can find your orders in-progress and orders being delivered in the Order History after logging in to self-service. If you ordered the goods as a guest, you will receive information about the delivered goods by email.

Orders are delivered by Venipak as ordered – directly to the selected location or to Venipak’s parcel terminals.
